FINNEGAN BEGIN AGAIN

Mike Finnegan and Liz DeHaan don't have a lot in common. Mike is a 65 year old newspaper man who's been demoted to the lonely hearts desk. The job's a bore, he's a grouch, and his 75 year old wife, who's sometimes lucid, sometimes not, is no consolation. Liz is a school teacher in her early 40s caught up in a dead-end love affair with a married mortician. Despite her pleasant demeanour, Liz despairs of ever finding anything more in her life than the illicit afternoons she spends in a fleabag hotel with her guilty lover. Mike and Liz are mismatched, mixed up and, maybe, just perfect for each other. Starring Mary Tyler Moore and Robert Preston, alongside Sam Waterston, Sylvia Sidney, and Giancarlo Esposito.
