PORT OF FREEDOM (1944)

In the red light district of St. Pauli, retired, musically inclined sailor Hannes (Hans Albers)entertained in the streets and clubs, looking to help support his late brother's willful girlfriend (Ilse Werner). He may regret his own growing feelings for her, however, as her roving eye turns toward a dockworker (Hans Sohnker).
