Set at the turn of the millennium under the threat of a falling nuclear satellite, the film follows Claire as she pursues Sam across the globe. Sam has stolen a prototype camera invented by his scientist father that can record and play back visual experience -- even dreams -- which he uses to capture images of the world for his blind mother before time potentially runs out for everyone.
